ID: 32 6. 使用者名称/密码错误 (Invalid username/password)
如果你常常看见以下画面: If you always see the following screen:

可能有两个原因: 1. 你的一年使用权证已过期, 解决方法是购买一个续期的版本, 销售地点可参阅 http://www.nod32.com.hk/purchase/location.htm 2. 你输入了不正确的使用者名称/密码, 请按以下方法更新输入。
There are two possibilites: 1. Your 1-year user license is expired, so you need to purhcase a renewal pack. Purhcase locations can be found at http://www.nod32.com.hk/purchase/location.htm 2. You have entered an invalid username/password. Please follow the steps and enter again.
首先在弹出的视窗按「取消」, 然後再按「确定」 Click "Cancel" in the pop-up, then click "OK"

开启「NOD32 控制中心」, 然後按「更新」, 再按「设定」 Open the "NOD32 Control Center", then click "Update", and then "Setup"

然後会弹出以下画面 Then you will see the following screen

找回我们寄给你的产品登记电邮 Look for the product registration email we sent to you

图中所指位置就是使用者名称及密码 The arrow indicates the username and password

先复制当中的使用者名称 Copy the username

贴上适当的位置 Paste in the proper field

再复制当中的密码 Then copy the password

贴上适当的位置, 再按「确定」 Paste in the proper field, then click "OK"

按「立即更新」 Click "Update Now"

如果你看见「已下载」的数字在改变, 即表示你输入了正确的使用者名称/密码 If you see the number in "Downloaded" is changing, that means you have entered a valid username/password

更新完成後, NOD32 会提示你。然後你可按「隐藏」来隐藏 NOD32 控制中心 When update is complete, NOD32 will remind you. You can then click "Hide" to minimize the NOD32 Control Center
